Where our products ship from

Our products are fulfilled by overseas suppliers and ship directly from their warehouses. This allows us to offer you competitive prices on quality winter products.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery time is 12–20 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions, especially during peak seasons.

Tracked shipping

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Correct shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free shipping.
