Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cold Snap Supply Co. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.

Return shipping

For non-defective items (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
